Responsibilities:

All your tasks will be carried out along with and supervised by the lead mentor and subject matter experts. You will work closely with them and the incubation team to deliver the following.

Work with startups in the program according to the frameworks and mechanisms as outlined by the Incubator leadership team
To work on the ‘Product-Market Fit’ of iCreate’s supported startups
That means, to rapidly build up an understanding of the tech innovation, its business plan, its market potential and to do wide spread reading / research to help build up a realistic business model
Use various business analysis tools and assist startups in identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems.
Assist entrepreneurs in the creation of baseline documents, pitch deck, business development activities. etc.
Provide monthly progress and performance reviews of the iCreate supported companies to the head – Incubation as well as the lead mentors with these progress reports
Assist the project evaluation team in evaluating the incoming projects on market, customer and competition analysis and help the team leader in decision-making
Develop and leverage industry, academics, investors & institutional network for the benefit of the incubation program
Support the incubation team in organizing events, road shows & other activities for business development & networking for startups as well as for iCreate

Skill & Knowledge Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind
Ability to notice patterns within statistics and behaviour
Must be able to read widely, understand the essentials and summarise key insights – especially about emerging technologies and their business models
Excellent writing, verbal and communication skills
Well demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with, or training in Business analysis

Responsibilities:

Creating various system requirement documents (activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, business process descriptions and workflow analysis).
Understanding initiative/project requirements in detail from different managers and translating those into system requirements.
Identifying the enterprise wide as well as cross project requirements for the system.
Evaluating and analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgradations to existing systems.
Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs.
Act as a channel between the internal team and the software development team.
Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.
Analyzing information from surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description.
Ensuring the system design conforms to the user and project needs.
Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of a new system.
Provide technical training to different internal stakeholders.
Develop a renewal, upgrade schedule for company software programs, and ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy.
Look after the whole IT infrastructure of the company.
Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff.
Supervise and direct IT personnel.

We are looking for self-starting interns who can assist the iCreate team with operations. Not only will you hone your skills alongside a fun, creative multicultural team, you will also enjoy the perks of working closely with different start-ups.

While there is nothing “typical” about the interns at iCreate – they can come from a range of disciplines and backgrounds.

Research Trainee

Developing a Research Framework in iCreate’s 8 interest areas – Information Technology, Electronics, Biotechnology, Nano-Technology, Robotics, Renewable & Clean Technology, Bio medical & Healthcare, Agro & Food Processing.
Developing Research Framework on the state of Entrepreneurship Development Center (EDCs) & Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) in academic Institutions/colleges in India.
Conducting desk research and interviews to gather information related to local and Indian Start-ups and assisting to develop case studies on the same.
Developing a structured Marketing Strategy on iCreate’s Grooming Program and provide suggestions/recommendations on various marketing scenarios.

Graphic Designer

Good knowledge of design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver, Flash and photo-editing software.

Content writer and Blogger

Should express ideas clearly and logically and enjoy writing; Creativity, curiosity, a broad range of knowledge, self-motivation, and perseverance are must. A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills. Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles targeting students, young and aspiring entrepreneurs, technology enthusiasts, start-ups, etc.

Workshop Coordinator

Should be self-motivated, confident, presentable and spontaneous. Coordinators will assist the iCreate team in executing and managing various workshops, marketing and PR tasks depending on the needs of the organization.

Charmi Parmar

Charmi is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CSE from Nirma University and constantly looking for opportunities to grow . A strategic and creative thinker with an interest in getting to know the ways of the world.

Debaleena Mazumder

Debaleena is a Digital Marketing enthusiast who aspires to be an entrepreneur someday. Currently working at IConflux Technologies Pvt Ltd. as a Growth Hacker. Her interest areas are Search Engine Optimization, Social Media marketing and Blogging.

Dhruv Milan Shah

Dhruv is pursuing B.Tech in Electronics & Communication in Institute of Technology, Nirma University. His area of interest is Technical research in electronics hardware.

Fayez Abbasi

A Certified Digital Marketer from TOPS Technologies Ahmedabad, Fayez is a student of M.B.A. in Digital Marketing from Rai University, Ahmedabad.

Krutarth Vyas

Krutarth is currently a student at Nirma University pursuing Management Stream. His core areas of work include research and analytics.He is passionate about everything that he does.

Nishchal Mehta

Aiming to become a Content Writer, Nischal has been a key member of various Hackathons and E-summits. He is closley working with E-cell Nirma University.

Parag Gandhi

Parag is a management student at Institute of Management, Nirma University. He is interested in the areas like Marketing, Strategy and Data driven decision making. Apart from that, he reads about Economics and Politics and he likes to play Cricket and Table Tennis.

Rajat Singh

Rajat is a 4th Year student and currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Institute of Technology, Nirma University and highly inclined towards management field. He is a Vice President of Computer Society of India, Nirma chapter and also Cheif Student coordinator of all tech and non-tech fest of ITNU.

Shivam Padmani

Shivam Padmani is pursuing B.Tech in 2nd year Mechanical Engineering at Nirma University, Gujarat. He is also a Youtuber, Blogger, Affiliate Marketer and Freelancer who also makes content for Students. He completed two NPTEL courses right in his first year of Engineering. He attended BOOTATHON, a National Level Virtual Lab Programme representing Nirma University.

Shreyanshi Vadhvana

Shreyanshi is currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science and Engineering from Nirma University. She believes to remain positive about every aspects of life.She is always eager to learn and constantly finding opportunities to grow.

Siddhant Paliwal

Siddhant is a student of Mechanical Engineering , Nirma university, Ahmedabad. He also has further interest in marketing and finance.
