Q: How was the path from the very beginning of Unified Infotech here as one of the Fastest Growing Technology Company in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2019?

A: Well, the path was definitely not easy. It was hard to get here, and in the past 10 years, we have seen our fair share of failures as well as successes. As beginners, we had to learn as we went and that means we fell multiple times. And it might seem cliche, but the only thing that helped us is the fact that we didn’t stop. We went on, crafting solutions for our clients and trying new things, learning what works and what does not work. And eventually, we are here.

Q: How important do you think the work culture of your organization is to achieve such an accomplishment?

A: Many don’t think that retaining a proper work culture is not that important, but I would strongly disagree. The work culture of any organization is the backbone of the infrastructure that keeps the workforce happy. And as for the importance of the work culture at Unified Infotech for this achievement? Well, it has been very important. We aim to keep a balanced work culture at our offices so that our teams feel excited and happy to come to the office every day. We make sure to nurture their ideas and talents so that they can give the best eventually leading the company towards a better brighter future. 

Q: What is next for you and your company Unified Infotech?

A: getting better at what we are doing, that’s what’s next for both me and my organization. Our aim has always been to be the best and we are continuously working towards that and we will keep continuing with that.  Providing the best services to our clients using the most advanced technology in the market, mixed with the most unique thinking in the industry, we are currently aiming to set the benchmark in the industry with our performance. And of course, there is the matter of beating our personal best every day.

Some Last Words On The Achievement

Sure we are taking a little time to smell the roses, and maybe celebrate a little at this achievement, but we still have a long way to go, and many other achievements like this to accomplish. Arriving this milestone was not easy, and reaching the next one is going to be equally hard if not harder, but we are not going to stop.
