The Opportunity
As a Senior Automation Tester at our company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, develop test cases and perform automation testing to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Your Mission, Your Impact
- Collaborate with Managers and Engineers to design and execute integration and regression tests on software releases.
- To be able to perform functional and automated testing for complex applications.
- In depth knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Create quality test scenarios, test case, automation test scripts and test closure reports.
- Ensure proper automated testing across all test phases.
- Core hands-on experience with Test automation tools (Spec Flow) and CI/CID pipeline tools (Jenkin, Maven & JMeter) and their integration with version control tools like GitHub etc.
- Track & analyse multiple quality assurance metrics, like defect densities, etc. Improvement is important here.
- Excellent Command over C++ or Ruby/Python or Java.
- Experienced in working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as: My SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Casandra, Neo4Js, Redis, etc. is an added advantage.
- Experience with version control/ Git is required.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-like environment will be expected.
- Continuous learning and Can Do / Get it done attitude.
- Should have multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple tasks and related complexities at the same time.
- Should be Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure with multiple projects.
We are searching for someone with
- 2 to 6 years of experience working as Automation Tester.
- Experience working closely with development teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand the requirements.
- JavaScript knowledge and experience is mandatory.
- Experience in any of the tools is mandatory - Playwright.
- Experience in creating Automation framework from Scratch level using JavaScript for both the Backend (API) and Front End (UI).
- Should know how to create an Automation Test plan and estimation.
- Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management.
- Good skills in MySQL, Database, Selenium, JIRA, Agile, JSON, Maven, JMeter
- Experience in – Performance Testing using JMeter/LoadRunner (Good to Have).
